xF2 Add-on in Credit AndyB Problem user email 1.7

Description:

When a problem user makes a new thread or post, staff gets an email.

Installation:

1. Download Andy-ProblemUserEmail-1.6.zip and unzip it.
2. Copy the src/addons/Andy/ProblemUserEmail directory to your server.
3. From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
