xF2 Add-on [XFI] Tag Position 1.1.1 1.1.1

The developers have removed the ability to select the location of the tag block.
In the first branch, you could choose a position above or below the topic, but here, alas.
So, this add-on solves this nuance, the position settings are in the general tag settings.
