Hello to all

Past few months we are getting a lot multi accounts everyday we delete more then 20 multi accounts
because of this we have to introduce a new system
starting from 15 November all new Members will get only few privileges in order to get Full Permissions as a Trusted members will have to pay a £2 account verification (life time)

this is very easy to bypass mail activation and manage multiple logins with the same ip
