Hi, quick explain
form satellite your you get the channels in DVB-S standart, in the channels have streams - video stream and audio stream, using dvb-s cards and the special program DVB-IP you send this streams to network
for example:

To view the content, you need to Sign In or Register.

I think the easiest way is to use TVHeadend (open source tool) for this. You get DVB stream (need to have DVB tuner card installed) and then TVH can convert it to IPTV. It can do also the other way around. IPTV to DVB (virtual tuner).
