I need some information to start my own IPTV business. I mean Own apps for smart tv/ Android box and CMS for controlling customers and channels? How can I get it or anyone can help me?

1. I need a CMS from where I can control user & Live TV/ VOD content.
2. I need an app to install an android tv box and I give it to my user that box and the user can see live TV/ VOD content from that box.
