    Panel Services doen't start automatically after a reboot by default.
    We will add a cronjob..
    - open system crontab with,
    sudo nano /etc/crontab
    - and add this string,
    @reboot root /home/xtreamcodes/iptv_xtream_codes/start_services.sh
    - and save with ctrl+s or ctrl+o
    Now panel will start on this server after reboot
