Yes, it's Python Portable in the script you posted, but then again it does this with every script I've tried.

I updated everything, I also added the string # -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
at the beginning of the py file but it keeps exiting????? instead of writing and emoji.

It doesn't matter, it's just a visual thing, the script works well, finds the MACs and does the correct check.
