Hi @RazRav !!! it is generating an expired trial version error, as shown in the image, there is a way to check and adjust ...

it doesn't happen every time the app is opened... only a few times... in this case when i close and open the app again the message does not show again

I just installed this one that downloads 6.2.4a, no previous version, this doesn't happen every time I open the application, to solve it I have to close the app in the windows tray icon and open the application again, if it still doesn't work I have to repeat the process until it stops displaying the msg, see if you can solve it, thank you

Try running install file as administrator. I had similar problem but when I run installation as an administrator it installed and is running without problems.
