I was abe to decode the install bash script which is required for the installation:

To view the content, you need to Sign In or Register.

Also the core.php is decoded (the part where the CMS made the License Query)

Just the galaxy2 bin is not decoded, but maybe someone can make dummy license server which can reply with a active license status:
