I can seem to get this to work buddy - always says network error

I was able to convert back to english but still cant get this to work - save your credits and dont buy this

Well I got it to work but this it not being in English is a piss of. I guess that dosen't fall under the only English rule. Anyone have a guide on what to change or do I have to search it all one freaking word at a time.
