Here is the script you are looking for to open a small webmaster tools site. The script does not have an admin panel. Script usage etc. I can answer questions about, but I will not support issues such as editing, adding / removing.
What You Need To Know
1- Check the dist / navbar.php file to edit or remove the link 1/2/3/4 at the top right of the site.
2- There are 2 tables in the SQL file. There are columns in the tools_settings table where you can add the site name, keywords, description, and counter code.
3- If you are going to use it as in the tools_title table, you do not need to make any changes. The script is open source, you can use it however you want.
4- All transactions have Google Recapthca v2 verification. After you get your Google Recapthca v2 keys, write them in $ sitekey and $ secret variables on lines 73 and 74 of dist / autoload.php file.
5- Api is used in the link shortening function. I wrote the detailed description in the content section of the site.
Database Settings
Edit the dist / sysconf.php file;
$ dbhost = "localhost";
$ dbuser = "root"; // Database Username
$ dbpass = ""; // Database Password

Home page
The IP address of the person visiting the site is taken and the information collected from the "whois.pwhois.org" site is shown to the visitor.
Find IP
Shows the IP address of the typed domain name.
Link Shortening
This page works with the api on kisaurl.net. You can subscribe to the site and get the api code. Then, if you type the url you got from the site in the dist / ajax.php line where it says "api address will come here" on the 139th line, it will work on this page.
Whois
It shows the whois information of the domain name entered.
Mail Extraction
This page prints out the e-mail addresses contained in the html codes. Instead of struggling with the e-mail list you see on a site one by one, you can paste the source code here and get all the e-mail addresses on the page.
Word Calculator
It makes numerical calculation of what is written into Textarea. It's like the word account in the Microsoft Word program.
Site Tools
Under this title;
Site Speed Test -> measures site access speed in seconds.
Site Access Control -> Performs site open / closed control.
Site HTTP Information -> displays information from the site http / https (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) protocol.
Site DNS Information -> shows the site's DNS records.

Under this heading;
HTML Encryption -> Encrypts with js support.
Base64 Encryption -> php base64 encode / decode.
MD5-SHA1 Encryption -> php does md5-sha1 encryption.
Password Generator -> generates random passwords for the specified number.

Setup
After creating the database, entering the information in the sysconf.php file, import the "wmtools.sql" file in the main directory with phpMyAdmin.
