Adds the ability to send alerts and email notifications when threads or post are approved or rejected.

• Sending email notifications is configured in the forum email settings
• Supported notifications when approving / rejecting forum topics and messages
• It is possible to indicate the reason for approval / rejection
• Works both through moderation tools (inline and the "approve in topic" button), and on the "pending approval" page
• No notifications are sent to the user if he has approved / rejected the content he created

NOTICE: This addon is now marked as unmaintained.
The concept of the add-on has reached a dead end.
And hardcoded XF's inline-mod action handler implementation makes it impossible to properly extend it, only override methods.
