StbEmu saying blocked

My sub works fine in "IPTV STALKER PLAYER PREMIUM MOD" on Android fire stick but it says "blocked contact your provider" in StbEmu - fire stick. Is there anything I can do to make StbEmu accept it again as it worked for a good while my sub only ends 2022. I prefer StbEmu as you have lots more options. I am using the latest StbEmu 1.2.7.3. Why is StbEmu no clearing ? please help

did you reset the device ? or clear data to stb ?

Yeah tried all that , try it, you can grab a sub anywhere off the net. Some will Macs will only work in Stalker Player but say blocked in stbemu, strange

Seems normal and was blocked by the provider?
