Question what is the best player to run xtream codes in windows?

what is the best player to run xtream codes in windows? can vlc player run xtream if yes , how ?? I tried it but it did not work ..
Or please recommend me another program

you can if you have m3u file, work good but no support for epg

other option, if you have mac address (Mag box), you can use sfvip_player (with picon and epg support)

there is a windows version of smarters which supports xc login its also available for download on the forum, or you can install bluestacks emulator for android on your laptop then you can install apks this is what i use its very good.
