For Linux, open a terminal and type the following commands
Download and install the Wowza 4.8.0 installer from wowza.com, for example in Linux:

cd /tmp
wget

./WowzaStreamingEngine-4.8.0-linux-x64-installer.run

2) Install as normal with key:

service WowzaStreamingEngineManager stop
service WowzaStreamingEngine stop

4) In the archive there is a wms-server.jar file, replacing it with the original one
Replace it with original file at:
Linux "/usr/local/WowzaStreamingEngine-4.8.0/lib"
Windows "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wowza Media Systems\Wowza Streaming Engine 4.8.0\lib"

5) block your host
Windows "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts"
Linux /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 wowzamedia.com
127.0.0.1 wowzalicense1.wowzamedia.com
127.0.0.1 wowzalicense2.wowzamedia.com
127.0.0.1 wowzalicense3.wowzamedia.com
127.0.0.1 wowzalicense4.wowzamedia.com
127.0.0.1 wowzalicense5.wowzamedia.com


6) Start Wowza Stream Engine
service WowzaStreamingEngineManager start
service WowzaStreamingEngine start

7) Access the address in the browser:
