Adds the ability to send alerts and email notifications when threads or post are approved or rejected.
- Sending email notifications is configured in the forum email settings
- Supported notifications when approving / rejecting forum topics and messages
- It is possible to indicate the reason for approval / rejection
- Works both through moderation tools (inline and the "approve in topic" button), and on the "pending approval" page
- No notifications are sent to the user if he has approved / rejected the content he created
