In this update, we've added functionality to the Discord bot to handle ticket notifications from WHMCS. Previously, the bot handled only invoices and orders, but with this update, the bot can now send notifications about ticket activity as well.

In this update, we've added functionality to the Discord bot to handle ticket notifications from WHMCS. Previously, the bot handled only invoices and orders, but with this update, the bot can now send notifications about ticket activity as well.Here are the changes in detail:
- New Ticket Opened: When a new ticket is opened, the bot sends a Discord message to the client with a link to the ticket in the WHMCS client area.
- New User Reply on Ticket: When a user adds a new reply to a ticket, the bot sends a Discord message to the client with a link to the ticket in the WHMCS client area.
- New Admin Reply on Ticket: Similarly, when an admin adds a new reply to a ticket, the bot sends a Discord message to the client with a link to the ticket in the WHMCS client area.
