Help After changing dns in xciptv panel getting invalid login

Hello i have the 701 xciptv panel with matching apk. Everything has been fine for months, but we have moved to a different provider, existing subs have been transferred over, so i changed the existing dns in the panel to the new one. Now everyone is getting invalid login, they have cleared cache, cleared data even uninstalled the app still the same problem, its as though the panel is remembering the old dns even though its been removed, does anyone have any advice to rectify this problem? I dont want to start to remove the db file as i have other services using the same app.

You sure it's not just DNS propagation? If moving from HOST A to HOST B there will be a period of propagation.

Use something like dnschecker.org to see where your DNS is pointing to.
