REPORT

Users can select common reasons including content quality, playback issues, inappropriate content, or other issues. Once users complete the feedback form and submit it through the app, the report is sent to the SPB dashboard for evaluation.

ADVERTS
This is an in-app notification. Users may see these advertisements while using the application. Ads are not time-sensitive and can be accessed by users whenever they wish. Users have the flexibility to check these advertisements at their convenience. Additionally, unread ads are highlighted for future reference

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
This feature provides direct communication between users and the support team, creating a collaborative environment that can result in application improvements and a more satisfying user experience. Users submit their feedback through the app, and the support team receives and acts on this valuable information to improve the app and address users' concerns. This feedback loop is crucial to maintaining and improving app quality and user satisfaction.

VPN
This feature offers users a selection of multiple VPN options presented in a list format. These VPN options are selected and managed by an SBP panel. Users can choose from this list of VPN servers or settings to customize their VPN experience based on their specific needs or preferences. This feature provides the ability to add or remove VPN options from the list via the SBP dashboard, allowing scalability and adaptability to changing user demands and network conditions.

DOWNLOAD OFFLINE
The offline download feature in a movie or series streaming app is a functionality that allows users to download content (such as movies, TV series, and episodes) from the platform's library to the App. This feature is particularly valuable for users who want watch content without an active internet connection.

OPENSUBTITLES API FOR SUBTITLES
This feature provides the user with the ability to view subtitles in any language. Give users the option to manually select their preferred subtitle language. This can be done through a language drop-down menu.
