Tutorial How to scan for portals?

As a newbie in these modern tv technics i've learned how to do mac-scans.

But to do these mac-scans we need to know the name of the portals - how can we know them?
I know, on this forum and on many others we can get them - but for me the challenge is to do such myself (I don't watch TV, but i'm mainly interested how things work)

Is there a scan technic to scan the net for portals too or how do the experts find them?

Otherwise , it is searched by IP address, and this is what the IPTV Search program is used for.And if you have a high-quality Config in the OB program, it will also display the name of the given portal.

Yes, it's a bit slow... you can increase the bots if you have many IPs to check (I put 150) or you can use the trick to remove ports; 85% work on 8080, leave only 80 and 8080 ;-)

It's old, still works with some unprotected servers... for example servers with "White Pages" doesn't work.
