Wow, this actually worked! However it works ONLY on ROOTED devices. AND you cannot recreate the APK once it is in premium. Still works for personal use and for that we're greatful. thanks!

PS. "Path" = Patch. So the instructions are:
1. Install Tivimate (Regular apk)
2. Install LuckyPatcher (the one provided here or updated)
3. Open Tivimate..... Close Tivimate
4. Open LuckyPatcher, Update Patches. Find Tivimate --> Menu of Patches --> Custom Patch --> Tik the first patch --> Apply
