I just received this so I don't know how long it will last. Maybe two weeks, maybe more! So be aware of that before you purchase. It does work for me so far. I used the method "Import URL Playlist File" or something similar to that and it did work. When using Xtream codes it crashed out on me, might work for you. Only 5 credits!

Would be great to see a HC version.

That doesn't necessarily attest for it being fake. I have run the application and it does work and it is Tivimate. I don't know if the OP (which is not me) modded some early version of the app or what. but I do already know that 5.0.3 is the latest.
